Camden Town is the name of an area within the London Borough of Camden, situated in London, England. It is occasionally shortened to Camden.

Camden Town is an inner-city district located in North London.
It is well-known for its markets, liberal attitude and associations with popular culture. Since the 1960s the The Roundhouse theatre and music venue has been a centre of alternative culture, and later associated with punk and Goth subcultures.



The markets are a major tourist attraction at weekends, selling goods of all types including fashion, lifestyle, books, food, junk/antiques and more bizarre items; they and the surrounding shops are popular with young people, in particular those searching for "alternative" clothing.

The monument was made to commemorate the great fire, that burn all London in 1666. The real name is “The Monument of the great Fire of London”, but is more commonly known as The Monument. It is located at the junction of Monument Street and Fish Street Hill, from where the Great Fire of London started.


It is possible to reach the top of the monument by climbing up the narrow winding staircase of 311 steps. At the top, you can see all the city of London. At the base of the monument there are inscriptions in Latin, that tells the story of The Monument.

I like it very much because is very impressive and beautiful. It is situated in a little square where you can admire the monument. I felt very small when I looked up and saw the big column.

Some of us climbed up the 311 stairs and could see all London from the climb of the Monument. It was an amazing experience.

TOWER BRIDGE

Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, England, over the River Thames. It is close to the Tower of London, which gives it it’s name. It has become an iconic symbol of London. Tower Bridge is one of several London bridges owned and maintained by the City Bridge Trust, a charitable trust overseen by the City of London Corporation.

The first Bridge was made of wood, but because of the Great Fire it had destroyed and after that it was rebuild of stone.

I liked it a lot because is very astonishing, very big and I loved the contrast of the Bridge who is old with the new buildings who are next to it. It’s very nice to see.

PICCADILLY CIRCUS

Piccadilly Circus is a famous road junction and public space of London's West End in the City of Westminster, built in 1819 to connect Regent Street with the major shopping street of Piccadilly. In this context a circus, from the Latin word meaning a circle, is a circular open space at a street junction.
There are a lot of shops and shops for buy souvenirs!
piccadilly circus is a long street, and there are a lot of people.
I like so much this place because there are a lot of shpos and also I like big screens.
